Permissions and APIs that access sensitive information:
Permissions are required for the access of local storage to allow for the saving of video content material and configuration data, like the use mobile data setting which is selectable by the user. This information is stored in an on-device storage location and only that location will be accessible to the app during the active use of the app.
No other API access is requested since no other device sensors or functionality is required by this app.
Device and network abuse:
This app does require access to the internet to enable the fetching of data from the app remote back end systems. The data fetched is vetted by the owner of the app and is not designed to promote any abuse to any human being, device or network. The information in this app is purely informational and is meant to be used in such a way.
The app does not interfere with, disrupt, damage or access in an unauthorized manner the user’s device, other devices or computers, servers, networks, application programming interfaces (APIs) or services, including but not limited to other apps on the device, any service or an authorized operator network.
